Writing Centre Learning Objectives
Full description
This is a short statement of learning objectives for a student in any writing support appointment at a university writing centre (MSVU). This statement was part of an initiative by the Mount’s Centre for Academic Advising and Student Services, in conjunction with the Office of Student Experience, to consider and define in plain language the value and aims of each academic support – for student clarity as well as transparency and accountability, as well as to recognize the key role each academic service plays in the student’s undergraduate learning experience.
